Job summary

Ontivity is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee cellular tower projects, upgrades, and general maintenance. You will supervise ground and tower crews to ensure timely completion and budget adherence, while prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires extensive field leadership, strong project controls, and the ability to coordinate with project stakeholders across multiple sites. Expect substantial travel and a full-time schedule in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field (preferred)
• Six years’ experience in tower construction management (preferred)
• ATT RAN experience required

Responsibilities

• Values safety above all other considerations.
• Schedule project resources in logical steps and budget time to meet deadlines.
• Discusses and resolves matters with owners, contractors or design professionals.
• Assist Project Manager to prepare budget estimates and cost tracking reports.
• Direct and supervise all workers on site and ensure contracted scope is met.
