Job summary

InfraServices is seeking a Foreman to oversee wireless tower construction and maintenance at assigned job sites. You will lead field crews, coordinate resources, and mentor technicians to ensure safe, efficient work that meets customer and company standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong safety adherence, and the ability to manage logistics, documentation, and on-site quality checks across multiple projects, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years’ experience in wireless tower construction, maintenance, or field services.
• Two years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Certifications such as Rigging/Hoisting, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of tower crews with focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead installation, testing, and maintenance of antennas and radios.
• Oversee rigging, hoisting, and climbing operations up to 500 feet.
• Travel to job sites as required and ensure compliance with standards.
