Job summary

Day Wireless Systems is seeking a highly skilled Tower Assistant Manager to oversee construction, maintenance, and modification of communication towers and related infrastructure, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the telecommunications tower industry.

As Crew Lead, you will direct your crew, maintain a safe and productive jobsite, and ensure high-quality workmanship while actively participating in the work. This role offers growth opportunities within the team and company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in telecommunications tower construction.
• Proven experience leading and supervising tower construction crews.
• Demonstrated proficiency in safe tower climbing techniques and rigging procedures.
• Experience with installation, alignment, and troubleshooting of microwave systems.
• Hands-on experience with civil construction tasks related to tower sites.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of tower technicians on project sites.
• Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and address issues.
