Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee wireless tower construction projects from NTP to closeout. You will lead tower crews and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and keep projects on schedule and on budget across multiple active sites.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in wireless tower construction, 2–3 years in supervision, and the ability to read CDs and RFDS. Travel to job sites is frequent; strong communication and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in wireless tower construction.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or construction management role.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee wireless tower construction activities, including new builds, collocations, antenna/RRU swaps, and structural modifications.
• Manage tower crews and subcontractor partners day-to-day, including staffing, productivity, safety compliance, and quality of work across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with site acquisition, engineering, and RF teams to ensure construction aligns with CDs and RFDS.
• Serve as the primary field point of contact for carrier project managers, GCs, and tower owners on assigned sites.
• Track job costs against budget across sites, identify variances, and report status to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (NATE, ANSI/TIA-222, OSHA) and maintain required certifications.
• Conduct site audits and close-out readiness, and manage documentation and invoicing hand-off.
