Job summary

Wireless Vision is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Maryland to drive daily store operations, sales performance and customer experience. You will lead a dynamic team, recruit and train staff, manage cash and inventory, and ensure visual merchandising meets T-Mobile standards.

You will also recruit, retain and develop talent while fostering a high-performance culture. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays as needed to meet business demands.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full operation of the retail store including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Adjust staffing to meet business needs and drive sales on the floor.
• Lead, coach and develop a winning sales team to meet performance goals.
• Hire outstanding talent and drive recruitment efforts.
• Manage all aspects of retail including training, marketing, loss prevention, P&L and team leadership.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with corporate standards.
