Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Resolve customer issues and support transactions.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
