Qualifications

• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Set goals and share daily/weekly/monthly targets with sales teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Monitor store operations, inventory, and merchandising compliance.
• Open/close the store and ensure daily performance meets quotas.
