Job summary

• 5+ years of project management experience in wind energy, renewable energy, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Willingness to travel ~30% and work at active project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of wind repowering projects, including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, operations, environmental, permitting, finance, and commercial teams.
• Manage relationships with turbine OEMs, contractors, suppliers, utilities, landowners and other stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all project phases.
• Provide regular status reporting and drive issue resolution to maintain momentum.
