Job summary

The Lead Wellness Advisor of Sunnyside at Cresco Labs will advise customers in selecting cannabis products to meet medical and recreational needs, while representing the company’s mission to normalize and professionalize cannabis.

You will lead a team of hourly Wellness Advisors, train new hires, ensure state compliance, and maintain exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service; cannabis experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage customers.
• Ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations.
• Assist customers in product selection and education on cannabis products.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Assist in verifying and packaging customer orders; perform cash handling.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities and inventory.
• Assist with onboarding and training of Wellness Advisors and ensure compliance.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and inventory reporting.
