Job summary

The Lead Wellness Advisor of Sunnyside will guide customers in selecting cannabis products, upholding state compliance, and representing Cresco Labs’ mission to normalize and professionalize cannabis. You will mentor onboarding hires, manage shifts, and ensure accurate POS operations, documentation, and inventory control while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule across opening/closing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in customer service; cannabis experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn product information and cannabinoid interactions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handling standard questions or complaints.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and impacts to aid product selection.
• Apply selling and cross-selling to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Assist in accurate order processing, bagging, and receipt checks.
• Label, package, and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Perform cash handling in POS per SOPs and investigate discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot POS issues and maintain records per state regulations.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and maintain organized stock.
• Support store opening/closing duties and employee onboarding/training.
