Job summary

Cresco Labs, Sunnyside division, is seeking a Lead Wellness Advisor to guide customers in selecting cannabis products and uphold the company’s standards of service, policy, and regulatory compliance. You will train and supervise hourly staff, manage scheduling, and support daily store operations.

Open 7 days a week with flexible shifts, this role emphasizes training, leadership, and top‑tier customer experiences within a regulated industry.

Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience in customer service; cannabis experience preferred.
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
Excellent customer service and ability to engage with customers.
Ability to learn and convey product-related information in a professional consultative manner.
Ability to understand cannabinoids and their effects on the human body.

Responsibilities

Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handle standard questions or complaints.
Help customers select products through education of cannabis varieties and their effects.
Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
Verify documentation and ID for customers; ensure timely order dispensing and bag/receipt checks.
Label, package and perform accurate cash handling in the POS system following SOPs.
Maintain records of dispensary activities and perform routine inventory counts.
