Job summary

Cresco Labs' Sunnyside dispensaries are seeking a Lead Wellness Advisor to guide customers in selecting cannabis products and to serve as an ambassador for professional, compliant service. You will lead a team, train new hires, and uphold state rules to ensure a best-in-class experience.

In this role, you will develop product knowledge, drive customer satisfaction, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service; cannabis experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handle standard questions or complaints.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to guide selection.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify proper documentation and IDs for customers.
• Assist in verifying accuracy of orders and packaging.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities per state regulations.
• Perform routine inventory counts and maintain organization.
