Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside to guide customer choices in cannabis products and uphold state compliance. You will demonstrate strong service, product knowledge, and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes training new hires, teamwork, and flexible scheduling to cover weekends and holidays. Prior cannabis experience is preferred, with a focus on compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience; cannabis experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply product information in a consultative manner.
• Comfort with regulatory requirements and product knowledge in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors and support customer consultations and questions.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to aid selection.
• Apply selling techniques to build baskets and maximize sales.
• Verify IDs and documentation; ensure accurate POS and order accuracy.
• Support onboarding and training of new Wellness Advisors; ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness; assist with opening/closing tasks.
