Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside to guide customers in selecting cannabis products, ensuring state compliance and delivering exceptional service. You will mentor new hires and uphold company standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes training, teamwork, and strong product knowledge, with flexible shifts across opening hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service; cannabis experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and ability to engage customers.
• Ability to learn and apply cannabinoid and product information.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (100 with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handle routine questions.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to guide selections.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify customer IDs and documentation; ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain store records and inventory in line with SOPs and compliance.
