Job summary

Cresco Labs, operating Sunnyside dispensaries, seeks a Lead Wellness Advisor to guide customers in selecting cannabis products and to model professional, compliant service. You will train new hires and ensure adherence to state and company policies while maintaining a high‑quality customer experience.

The role emphasizes passing on product knowledge, overseeing onboarding, and managing shifts and team performance in a fast‑paced, regulated retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service; cannabis experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn cannabinoids and how they interact with the body.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handle standard questions or complaints.
• Educate customers on different cannabis products and their effects for proper selection.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify customer IDs and documentation; ensure accurate orders.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities and inventory; ensure compliance.
