Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside to guide customers in selecting cannabis products and ensure a compliant, high-quality experience. You will manage the customer lifecycle from check-in to checkout and support ongoing compliance with state regulations.

We value training, teamwork and a consultative approach, with part-time schedules available across opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn and apply technical/product information.
• Able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs.
• Assist in product selection through education of cannabis products.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs.
• Assist in ensuring accurate order dispensing and labeling.
• Handle cash in POS following SOPs.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities per regulations.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and ensure stock is compliant.
• Assist in merchandising and store organization.
• Ensure store security and safety compliance.
• Keep the store clean and organized; escalate issues to management.
