Job summary

Cresco Labs' Sunnyside is seeking a Wellness Advisor to help recreational, medical and caregiver customers select the right cannabis products. You will apply product knowledge, provide outstanding service, and ensure compliance with state regulations from check-in to checkout.

This role emphasizes training, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage customers, build relationships, and support inventory and store operations while upholding the company's commitment

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Build customer relationships by listening attentively to customer needs, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Assist customers in product selection through education of different cannabis products and their effects.
• Verify proper documentation and ID for customers.
• Perform accurate cash handling in the company’s POS system following SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including customer records, sales, deliveries and returns.
• Perform routine inventory counts of all products.
