Job summary

Sunnyside, a Cresco Labs brand, is seeking a Wellness Advisor to help recreational, medical, and caregiver customers select cannabis products. You will provide consultative service, uphold state compliance, handle orders from check-in to checkout, and support inventory and merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to learn product knowledge, and flexibility to work across opening/closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum experience in customer service; retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Shift flexibility including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Ability to learn and apply technical/product information in a consultative manner.
• Ability to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to provide a best-in-class experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customer needs and guiding product selection.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Ensure accurate dispensing and timely order fulfillment.
• Label, package and process customer orders accurately.
• Handle cash in POS following SOPs and maintain records.
• Perform routine inventory counts and organize stock per compliance.
• Assist with merchandising and store safety and cleanliness.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
