Job summary

Cresco Labs (Sunnyside) is seeking a Lead Wellness Advisor to guide customers in selecting cannabis products and to mentor a team of hourly associates. You will uphold state compliance, provide product knowledge, and deliver a best-in-class retail experience.

The role emphasizes customer service, onboarding of new hires, and maintaining accurate records while supporting store operations and open/close procedures, across flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience; cannabis experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and ability to engage customers.
• Ability to learn cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body.

Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and questions.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers.
• Process orders accurately and manage cash using POS.
• Maintain records per state regulations and company SOPs.
• Assist in onboarding and training Wellness Advisors.
