Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend final details calls with clients 4–6 weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics and timelines.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal and coordinate day-of execution.
• Oversee setup, vendor coordination, and guest experience from arrival to breakdown.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for clients and vendors; communicate instructions clearly.
