The lead planner will work with client experience managers and onsite coordinators to ensure flawless weddings, vendor coordination, and a calm, client‑focused experience from setup to breakdown.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Strong communication skills and detail orientation.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Attend final details calls with clients 4–6 weeks prior to the wedding to confirm logistics and timelines.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding and manage timing and cues.
• Serve as the primary on-site advocate for the couple and calm any challenges.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup aligned with design and playbook.
• Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to breakdown.
• Greet and direct all vendors; communicate setup instructions clearly.
• Coordinate placement of escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, and décor.
• Support wedding party and family with guidance and day-of needs.
• Ensure end-of-event items are packed and accounted for.
• Proactively resolve last-minute changes to ensure smooth guest experience.
