Job summary

Leigh & Co. Events is seeking a Lead Wedding Coordinator for the 2026 season and beyond. This onsite, contract role offers schedule flexibility with training provided and pay of $400 per project for 10–12 hours.

You will lead wedding planning, work alongside client experience managers, and coordinate day-of execution from vendor arrival to breakdown. Requirements include at least 2 years as a wedding planner, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Ability to work weekends is essential.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate wedding planning onsite for couples.
• Attend final details call with clients ~6 weeks before the wedding.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal and guide participants on timing and cues.
