Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onsite weddings as the primary planner.
• Attend final details call with clients 4–6 weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics and timeline.
• Lead the ceremony rehearsal and ensure participants are confident in timing and cues.
• Serve as the main vendor liaison and manage setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Greet and direct vendors, communicate setup instructions, and ensure alignment with the event plan.
