Leigh & Co. Events, a fast-growing wedding planning company, is seeking a Lead Wedding Coordinator for the 2026 season and beyond. This contract role allows you to pick your own schedule while receiving training.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in wedding or event planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. This position offers $400 for 10-12 hours of work per project.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to carry and lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend details call with clients and confirm logistics.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal and ensure participants are confident.
• Serve as primary advocate for the couple onsite.
