Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a Water Damage Specialist at an intermediate level to lead a water damage team on residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC work practices and manage moisture control, equipment use, and documentation.

The role supports developing junior technicians and may require night and weekend travel. Qualified candidates have 12 months of basic water damage experience, involvement in 25+ projects, and IICRC WRT designation.

Qualifications

• 12 months of Water Damage Basic experience at BELFOR or equivalent.
• Involvement in at least 25 water damage projects.
• Knowledge of IICRC S500 and S520 standards.
• IICRC WRT designation holder.
• English language literacy and fluency

Responsibilities

• Direct teams and enforce proper PPE usage.
• Review daily project requirements and document progress.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches.
• Inspect vehicle safety and maintain equipment.
• Comply with BELFOR standards to protect client property.
• Coordinate with supervisors and travel as needed.
• Report time worked and materials used promptly.
• Attend BELFOR operations and required security trainings.
