Job summary

BELFOR Holdings Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standards, supervise PPE usage, and document moisture and drying progress in field records.

You will oversee equipment care, moisture mapping, and crew coordination, with occasional travel and night/weekend work as required. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with IICRC water damage standards.
• Current IICRC WRT designation.
• Familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage Book.
• Use of moisture meters and IR camera.
• Supervising small crews on losses.
• English language literacy.

Responsibilities

• Direct the water damage team and ensure PPE use.
• Review project requirements and report progress.
• Provide field documentation and drawings for projects.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
• Travel nights and weekends as needed.
• Attend BELFOR operations and safety trainings.
• Maintain equipment and manage debris removal.
