Responsibilities

• Sustain a productive workforce by screening, hiring, training and evaluating personnel to meet service commitments.
• Ensure safe working conditions and adherence to wage and hour laws.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and costs.
• Schedule safety meetings and document attendees and topics.
• Maintain records and manage inventory of supplies and materials.
• Operate equipment as necessary and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
