Qualifications

• Leadership, communication and management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to perform duties safely and reliably.
• Regularly lift/move up to 35 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Screen, select, hire, train and develop personnel to meet service commitments.
• Adhere to wage and hour laws and compensate accordingly.
• Ensure safe working conditions at each job site.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and costs.
• Schedule safety meetings and document attendees and topics.
