Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environment.
• Experience leading a team of 50+ direct reports.
• Ability to plan, assign, and direct work effectively and ensure safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities related to ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Plan work activities by reviewing inbound appointment logs and open order reports.
• Schedule staff and plan inbound/outbound activities to meet customer metrics.
