Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years in warehouse or 3PL management with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with WMS, barcode scanners, and related tech.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse team to achieve goals and uphold high performance.
• Drive safety and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping with focus on productivity and accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and prevent discrepancies.
• Continuously evaluate processes and implement improvements to boost efficiency.
• Track KPIs and address issues affecting order accuracy and delivery timelines.
• Schedule employees to cover peak and off-peak periods.
• Ensure outbound orders meet quality standards and proper packaging.
• Utilize WMS and related systems to track orders and inventory.
• Collaborate to resolve operational challenges and improve service levels.
• Prepare and submit routine performance reports to management.
