Job summary

Ingram Micro in Moore, SC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, coach staff, and drive safety, quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will supervise warehouse workflows including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment, while promoting continuous improvement, employees development, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience managing warehouse workflows (receiving, shipping, inventory control, material handling).
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop frontline employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to meet goals.
• Create a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and engagement.
• Conduct performance coaching and training for team members.
• Escalate operational and employee-related issues as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, inventory control, material handling, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate workload and staffing to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits; monitor KPIs.
