Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the Moore, SC facility on the 2nd shift (2:30 PM–12:00 AM).

You will lead daily warehouse activities, drive safety and productivity, and coach a team to meet customer fulfillment goals while maintaining high inventory accuracy. The role requires at least 5 years in warehousing or related fields with supervisory experience, proficiency with WMS, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, or operations environments.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or people management experience.
• Experience managing warehouse workflows including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
• Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Conduct performance coaching, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for operational and employee-related issues.
• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control, Material Handling, Storage Operations, Order Fulfillment, Reverse Logistics, Asset Refurbishment and Processing.
