Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations across the store network, overseeing specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators while supporting the Receiving Supervisor.

This role ensures safe, efficient equipment usage, maintains inventory control, oversees safety programs per OSHA, and coordinates with other departments to keep shipping, receiving, and staging on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and safety programs in line with OSHA regulations.
• Oversee inventory storage, staging and rotation for efficient operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
