Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct store warehouse operations and lead warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators. You will support daily freight scheduling and ensure productive, cost-efficient shipping and receiving.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting, strong leadership, communication, and computer skills to maintain accurate inventory and reports.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience required, preferably in warehouse or distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, inventory control, maintenance).
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment and adherence to safety procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.
• Prepare activity reports and resolve discrepancies in shipping documents and inventories.
