Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct warehouse operations across our stores, supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, and support freight scheduling.

You will lead safety programs, optimize shipping/receiving, maintain equipment, ensure accurate inventory, and collaborate with other departments to maintain efficient distribution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with other departments and maintain effective working relationships.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, Windows-based systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Oversee storage buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure a safe, clean workplace and OSHA compliance.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations.
• Complete activity reports for management.
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control.
• Resolve shipping, invoice, packing slip, and receiver report discrepancies.
• Execute Storage Buy Audit COP.
• Ensure proper product storage and space utilization.
• Oversee inventory rotation and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
