Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates and safeguard safety and quality. You will plan workloads, schedule inventories, and oversee outbound shipping while upholding procedures and policies.

Role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 3+ years in warehousing and 6 months of supervision, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
• Three years of warehousing or distribution experience required.
• Six months supervisory experience required.
• PC skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in warehouse/distribution.
• Ensure safety and quality of work and adherence to procedures.
• Schedule, assign duties, and monitor inventories and shipping.
• Provide instructions and manage accountability per SOPs.
• Mentor staff, handle coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Support safety programs and process improvements.
