Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years related warehousing experience.
• At least 1 year directly managing a warehouse team.
• Experience operating forklift and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Familiar with inventory management systems and safety regulations (OSHA/DOT).

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor budgets, productivity, and cost controls; report variances.
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and regulatory compliance maintained.
• Coordinate with Branch/Regional leadership on projects and initiatives.
