Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years in warehouse or distribution.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution.
• Computer literate with Windows-based programs.
• Experience using Excel for charts/reports.
• ERP/WMS systems knowledge required.
• Forklift certification per OSHA preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains day-to-day communications with department supervisors and managers.
• Initiates communication and problem solving regarding customer concerns.
• Train new hires and existing staff on warehouse functions and safety procedures.
• Schedule and delegate assignments; monitor progress.
• Ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
• Maintain inventory controls and perform counting of physical inventory.
• Manage budget and control expenses; assist with payroll and site billing.
• Ensure safe, clean warehouse environment and proper equipment use.
• Handle manifests and oversee shipping/receiving sequencing.
