Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Proficiency with WMS, inventory tracking tools, and Microsoft Office
• Forklift Certification is preferred
• Ability to analyze logistics processes and implement improvements
• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping
• Coordinate staff and maintain productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage inventory, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
• Plan resources to meet daily operational requirements
• Train and mentor warehouse staff
• Identify opportunities for process improvements with Operations Manager
• Conduct inspections for cleanliness, organization, and quality
• Address issues and report incidents to Operations Manager
