Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead CI Engineer to apply data-driven continuous improvement across operations, identifying and driving changes that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

You will leverage analytics, Lean tools, and engineering methods to optimize processes and deliver measurable value. The role may involve supervising CI resources and coordinating with the General Manager or Director of Operations to align with strategic goals.

Formación

• Experience applying CI methods to warehousing or manufacturing.
• Experience with data visualization and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CI projects and drive improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coach teams on lean principles and sustainment of improvements.
• Develop and execute Kaizen events and A3 charters.
• Provide data-driven reports to site leadership.
