Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lead Engineer to champion Continuous Improvement across operations.

The role advances safety, quality, delivery, and cost through data-driven CI, engineering, and automation initiatives, interfacing with personnel at all levels and coordinating with CI managers and site leadership. The ideal candidate will guide Kaizen events, Value Stream Maps, and sustainment activities, applying Lean Six Sigma and PDCA to achieve measurable results and growth in Ryder’s distribution

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with field relevance and years of experience as described in the job posting.
• 7+ years in warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing industries; MBA with undergrad in Engineering acceptable.
• Expertise in MS Office with Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Data visualization and database programming experience desired (PowerBI/Tableau; SQL/DAX).
• Knowledge of lean tools, PDCA, VSM, Kaizen, 5S, and cross-functional project leadership required.
