Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with 7+ years in warehousing/transportation/manufacturing.
• 7+ years in warehousing/transportation and/or manufacturing
• Proficiency in Office Suite with Access, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio
• Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and SQL/DAX skills
• Proficiency in Leader Standard Work, Visual Management, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S/WA
• Experience with CAD/Slot3D, WMS (Manhattan Scale) and Labor Mgt Systems
• Lean Six Sigma, cPMP/ISO/QMS preferred; APICS/Logistics cert preferred

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis; maps processes and identifies gaps to drive CI plans.
• Manages high-impact CI projects, supports start-ups/retros, and coordinates with account management.
• Demonstrates Lean, QA, and CI methods; coaches teams on lean principles and value stream mapping.
• Supervises CI engineers and participates in hiring and performance management.
• Facilitates Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events; drives sustainment and lean execution.
• Reports progress against site objectives and provides supply chain recommendations.
