• Experience with data analytics, ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CI engineers and quality professionals; manage performance and staffing.
• Lead strategy development, KPI tracking, and improvement plans across Ryder sites.
• Coach teams in engineering, data analysis, and lean methods; support startups and expansions.
