Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Leader to develop and execute retail visual merchandising strategies across the nationwide footprint. You will bridge merchandising, marketing, operations and field teams to translate standards and campaigns into scalable in-store experiences that drive engagement and sales.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, leadership, project management and cross-functional partnership to create compelling retail environments aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Advertising or related field (Preferred).
• 7-10 years Experience in Creative, Execution or Production Team management, Operations, Marketing or Advertising field. (Preferred)
• 4-7 years Experience in Retail, US Wireless, Consumer Electronics or Technology. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term merchandising strategies, promotional roadmaps, visual standards, and retail experience initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Product, Inventory, Store Design, and Field Leadership to align priorities and drive enterprise initiatives.
• Analyze customer insights, identify experience opportunities, and enhance in-store engagement and conversion.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, execution metrics, customer feedback, and ROI of merchandising programs.
• Coach direct reports, build organizational capability, succession planning, and performance management.
• Oversee rollout execution, field communications, compliance reviews, and continuous process improvement.
