Job summary

Crate & Barrel in Nashville is seeking a Team Leader, Visual to guide the merchandising team and bring our design vision to life on the sales floor. You will coach staff, ensure visual standards, and manage floorsets, signage, and replenishment while maintaining back-of-house efficiency.

You will spend significant time on the sales floor interacting with customers and associates, driving performance, and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader
• Coach associates on performance and maintain presence in the department
• Support performance and development for the designated team to encourage growth
• Provide timely feedback about performance and observations to the Assistant Store Leader
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service and visual standards
• Focus on promotions and acting as Leader On Duty (LOD) to drive sales
• Communicate with the Assistant Store Leader to review results and plans
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service
