Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload with Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department.
• Support development and training for the team on product knowledge, selling, and procedures.
• Promote sales through visual and operational excellence; act as Leader On Duty as needed.
• Review business results and provide feedback to improve customer service and efficiency.
