Poulsbo Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing Lead Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital and support a successful client service team. You will oversee appointment scheduling, patient flow, multi-line phones, and front-desk interactions, while processing transactions and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-front-desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee appointment scheduling and daily patient flow.
• Manage multi-line phone system and in-person interactions.
• Process transactions and maintain financial records.
• Train and mentor team members; coordinate scheduling and coverage.
• Resolve client and team conflicts; support smooth front-desk operations.
• Support the front desk operations in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
