Aloha Animal Medical Center in Oregon is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services.

Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficient in managing a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to provide compassionate, professional service in routine and emotionally sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and act as the welcoming face of the hospital; support client experiences.
• Manage appointments and daily patient flow; coordinate calendars.
• Answer multi-line phone system and assist clients in person.
• Process payments and maintain financial records accurately.
• Provide information about services and assist with client inquiries.
