Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in-person and over the phone.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and addresses client concerns.
• Handles basic client inquiries and assists with medication pickups and product information.
• Inputs and manages data in practice management software, including billing.
• Assists with retail sales, record-keeping, and cash handling.
• Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day duties.
• Supports hospital operations as needed during peak times.
