Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service and set the tone at the front desk.
• Support and coach front desk staff and CSRs.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Screen calls professionally and assist with escalations.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, check-in/check-out, and client communication.
• Maintain knowledge of services, policies, and pricing.
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and management to keep workflow smooth.
• Handle phones, emails, and online requests promptly and consistently.
